Mèche ("we", "our") provides an AI hairstyle try-on service. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Data we process

• Photos — the selfies you take or images you import, and the images generated from them, to produce your hairstyle previews.
• Email address and account credentials — to create your account and sign you in.
• Purchase data — when you buy credits, the transaction is handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment-card details.

How we use it

Your photos are used solely to generate your hairstyle previews. They are never made public or sold. AI processing is performed via our technical providers, for the sole purpose of providing the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the technical providers strictly necessary to run the service (hosting, image generation, payment processing by the app stores).

Retention and deletion

You can delete your looks at any time from the app, and request deletion of your account and all your data by contacting us.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored privately. Generated images, which contain your face, are accessible only to you.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us.
