By using the Mèche app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Mèche generates AI hairstyle previews from your photo. These previews are simulations for inspiration. They do not guarantee the result of a real haircut, which depends on the stylist, your hair type, and other factors.

Account

You must create an account to use the service and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.

Credits and purchases

• AI previews are paid for with credits, bought as packs. There is no subscription.
• Credits are consumable digital products: once used, they are non-refundable, except where required by law or by the applicable App Store / Google Play rules.
• Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Any refund request goes through the relevant store.
• A free trial may be offered; we may change its terms at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to import only photos you have the right to use, and not to use the service in any unlawful, deceptive, or rights-infringing way.

Content and ownership

You keep your rights to the photos you import. You grant us a limited license, strictly necessary to generate and deliver your previews. The app, its brand, and its technology remain our property.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the previews, nor for indirect damages related to use of the service.

Changes

We may evolve the service and these terms. Significant changes will be signaled in the app or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
